    Default Howdy from Missouri

I ain't doing much introducing, those of you that don't know me soon will. I have that "presence" about myself.

Love to Q and love to eat. I have been cooking outdoors in some form or other, right or wrong, since I could tag along behind my Dad. Done everything from smoke squirrels on a spit in the woods for fun to big cooks on "real" smokers. I just got really serious about perfecting the arts in the last two or three years. Used to just cook and drink and not worry much about the details. Awww, what an era that was.

Look forward to sharing and learning here at The Q Joint.
    Chad

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

You'll need to look close Tim, it's almost as subtle as your presence.

Now dang it Joe, I went back and made sure I wrote presence and not presents. Not that my hillbilly butt would make a mistake like that.

Oh no, I'm looking forward to learning from you Sandman. I bought a Performer last summer that I don't feel I'm getting my money out of quite yet. From the looks of those signature pics I'm gonna have some questions for you brother.

Magnificent Mag!! Really glad to meet you on the Q Joint. As for "presence", I always knew Santa left you under a tree.

Look forward to promoting the fine art of smokin' meat.

Sorry I'm a little slow welcoming you ultramag. I've been somewhat busy lately. Hope to see lots of posts from you and the UDS.
