    Default Breakfast for Dinner

    Since we still have family here, I decided to cook a big breakfast for dinner.


    frying up some sausage. You know where this is going.


    That's right...Sausage gravy


    Eggs frying


    Biscuits, taters, sausage gravy, bacon, and fried eggs


    Ready to eat.

    I for one think that evening is the best time to eat breakfast.

    We had to suffer through some left over brisket, baked beans and tater salad.

    I have to report that I failed at the grill marks on the eggs. I tried about 4 times , but every time the eggs just ran through the spaces on the grate.

    But, all was not a total loss. I did manage to make one heck of a mess in the bottom of the grill.
