    Default Mojo Criollo Wings

Saw the post by BrisketRex where he used a Mojo Criollo marinade. I finally found some and marinated some chicken wings for about 6-hours. Threw them on a hot grill and seasoned them with some salt and pepper. They were great! Loved that orange and lemon flavor. The wife and kids just loved them. Here are some pics......

Looks great. The oregano really sets off the garlic and citrus, huh.

Here's a ballpark recipe for anyone that wants to try some
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh chopped oregano
    6 0r 8 cloves fine chopped garlic
    black pepper to taste

I've never seen it around, but that doesn't mean it isn't available around here.
    The Okie's recipe looks good.
    And so do the wings!

Oh yeah........Mojo Wings!! Glad you liked it. It really does work well with beef, pork and chicken. It's also really good on fish too. Grilled tilapia with mojo served over rice is good eats.
    The wings look fantastic!

You had me at wings, but lost me at tilapia.

Mojarra tiene la sabor de nada.

    Just my dos pesos.
