    Not no more.
    After the last cook it got under the foil anyway,and made more of a mess, now I just rinse and throw it right back in when I'm done smoking.

    I foil on the inside and top
    Saves a lot of time cleaning

    In my wsm or UDS I use a foil pan when I cook.
    Put the meat in the pan.

    I clean the racks on the gasser but foil the water pan
    Still looking for a better way for the racks
