    Foil and sand. Both get changed at the same time. That's on the WSM's.

    Not a bad idea. When I cook dry in the Backwoods, I use a foil pan filled with sand.

    When I cooked on a ECB I would foil over the top of an empty water pan. Two things that should never be used in the same sentence unless your a Fireman; Fire & water
