I wonder where we would be if they took into account chicken and brisket.

    Rankings updated...

Finally got the rankings updated after this weekend. Sorry for the delay. I also wanted to briefly say what I did with the Qlossal results as it is a departure from how they have been handled in the past. Teams finishing in the top 10 in the Pork, Whole Hog, and Rib categories got credit in the rankings in those categories. Clearly no one got credit for chicken and brisket since they didn't have those categories and no one got credit for pork loin as that isn't a category that we currently keep. Though with the GBA also having that category we might be adding it in the future. Congrats to everyone that walked.

Right where you are. The chicken/brisket thing only applies to the Qlossal comp results he was talking about. Had no effect on anyone who didn't cook in that comp.

Not bad, top 1000 and haven't even done a comp yet!

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

    Pretty cool.

I'm a bit confused though. I thought he said it was based on the # of calls at sanctioned events.?????

I just posted something I thought might be of interest.

Ya gotta talk to him for the particulars.
