    Default Peculiar Mikes Pork Tenderloin

    I had a pork Tenderloin and remembered that Mike had posted a marinade that sounded good.

    Marinated about seven hours




    Put some zucchini and mushrooms on also





    All done




    Sliced up some of the mushrooms and added it to the leftover juices and marinade and reduced





    Plated with Mushroom Risotto and Garlic Bread

    I would change one thing though.....

    I would double the marinade recipe

    nice!!!!!11 Pork Tenderloin is one of my most favorite cuts.

    Sweet!!! Just one leeeettle problem..............where's my plate? Man, that looks good. And that sauce, oh man the sauce. Nicely done!
