    Default First cook on UDS 2.1

    Had to get it seasoned today, figured i might as well cook sumthin..
    Couple slab's of spare's, trimmed, over some apple wood...No foil, no spritzing, cooked at 228*
    That's where this drum like's to cook, hummed along with nothin but a kick to drop the ashe's for about 8 hr's on 7# of Rancher!!

    I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

    Bubba, you've got that drum thing down! Doncha love it?
    Do a brisket at 350 and let Bud know how it works (us too!). He can, or maybe already has, give you the particulars. Looks like The Smokin' Scotsmen need a drum. Just lash it on top of the lang.

    Nice job. Looks like all of the inlets except one is capped-off. It would be really cool sporting a bottle opener on the side.

    Nice Job Bubba. One good lookin drum. I think the next one you need to paint up with plaid so it'll be sportin the Smokin' Scotsmen BBQ Team colors. Maybe just around the bottom like a kilt.
