    Default home made guacomole w/pics

    Homemade Guacomole
    3 ripe avocodos
    1 tomato, recipie calls for a roma
    big hadful of cilantro
    4 green onions to be sliced
    1 tablespoon sliced jalepenos
    a little bit of green pepper
    1 lime for juicing

    rough cut the cilanto, fine dice onion, tomato, jalepenos and green pepper.
    scoop out the avocodos, chop, and mash with a fork to the consistensy you desire
    add all ingreds in a bowl, squeeze the lime juice into the ingreds and thoroughly mix.

    was my first try at guacomole so anyone trys this let me know what you think. thks for cking my thread!!!
