2nd Cookin' on a really ugly drum smoker!

Howdy Folks, first thing in the morning I am going to fire up my new cooker (UDS) with some lump, and cook some chickens for the boys at work. I have been cookin' for a many a year, but have never took pics and posted on the web. That all changes tomorrow. I have a digital camera, and I will take pics of the grub on the drum, so y'all can critique. See you tomorrow night! tt
