Default More pics from the red dirt cook

Ok, I have been asked by a few for pork pics, but I don't have any. Jeramy had the box closed and was gone. Maybe he got a pic of it?

Here's the entry in the ribs

Camera was set to video (don't know why), so heres the chicken box.

    LOL, thanks for posting Curt.

In the brief you can see someone pointin out the sauce on the side of the box and someone else gettin ready to clean it off. I will bet those boxes were immaculate when turned in!!!

Nice looking stack of ribs, much better than the test run! Looks to be more than plenty there.

You did great in Enid, 9th in ribs with that box (was that your turnin)

My only changes would be to get a sharper knife. The cuts on the back row distracted. And the pepper flakes in the sauce distract me, I'd make down for that (not all ribs got a flake)

    Good job

I don't think knives come any sharper. Used a Forschner with the edge corrected to 17. Maybe I need to look at how I cut them.
As to the pepper seeds, It wouldn't take much to get rid of them.

Do you think the sauce should've been set a little harder?
