Default More Work On The Off Set.

Well WE did a bit more work today. WE got the tray made and installed. WE will try and get the stack mounted next week. The thing looks a bit small and WE are thinking of starting another one as soon as this one is done. This may become a sickness.........

Is it wrong to want a beer at 6 am when I fire up the smoker?

Have you got stop tabs on the back end of the shelf so you don't pull it all the way out? That would suck losing a whole rack of meaty goodness.

Looks great to me Antny! Where are you going to place the stack?

Oh, and it is a sickness, but there are much more unhealthy sicknesses and obsessions. I mean, a smoker never gave a man a communicable disease, huh?

What about that O.S.D stuff? It gets passed around any time a non-smoker stands next to a lit smoker.
Next thing you know they are buying a smoker and quantities of meat, a larger freezer, rubs, sauces, wood, a FoodSaver,..................
    It never ends.
