    I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

    Thanx for the kudos all!

    We will see if we can make you all really proud in Bixby on May 9th. It's a real tough field and prolly be around 60 -70 teams. We were edged out of GC by 16 points this time. Next time I'll try to not screw up the chicken and maybe we'll pull it off.

    Remember Brian, Stillwater was our practice cook.

    Looks like we're getting our brisket down, along with pork. Now if we can just pick up our chicken and ribs, we oughtta be cruisin.

    Congrats on the calls and the placing.

    We won't be doing Bixby, but the next week we'll be at Claremore. Where else will you be competing (maybe post your contest schedule)
