    Google unique cooking system, buddy of mine had one and I copied it, We love it, there is one small part that needs to be made on a milling machine though.

    One has to remember that I am doing the French and Indian war era. So my stuff has to be small and be able to be carried on your back. I had a large fire pit set for when I did the 1800's fur trading era,but I got rid of it when I changed time frames.Now I use a F&I era brazier and a couple of folding trivits.I can do restraunt quality things with this set up.I have people lining up at my camp to see what I come up with next!!
    I have to cook a bear at the next Labor Day camp. Should be fun!!! JT
