    Are you talking about 2 uprights and a cross bar type thing? Ask any blackpowder guy.We can get them or make them. All you need is some 3/8 inch square stock and a hack saw and large hammer. Or if you know someone who has a forge. Jeff

    That's pretty much it.Except all the stock is square stock. Round stock was not around at that time.Remember I do 1750's style.Also chains where not involved.But that is a great looking set up. Jeff

    Marco Polo was way too early and the Chinese railroad workers were too late.Maybe I can go with Captain Cook. There was a copper roaster made that was set in front of the fire and you had to turn the rotiserie by hand.I have seen only one of these.I didn't have the $$ to get it at the time. JT
