    Default Sunday Smoke W/Pics

Little girl turned 5 today and we had the family over and so I did some smoken. I did some ribs that I smoked 3 hours and then 1 hour in foil and another out of foil. Had a 9 lb butt that I rubbed and put on @ 4 this morning ran it to 150 and foiled it to 190 it turned out just right. Sorry about the pulled pic it went fast. I let the but rest for about an hour and then pulled it was good!!! Also did some beans with the trim parts. ( thanks for all the ideas for that ) the beans were very, very good. Hope you enjoy the pics, the food was geat.

    Thanks allot,

    antny
