Default Everyone please thank Sterling Silver Meats

I would like to thank the folks at Sterling Slier Meats, and ask all of you to do the same for their most generous donations of sponsorship for The Q Joint Official BBQ Team.

All you guys out there that can get it should try it. It really is worht it even if it does cost a smidge more, and most of the time it doesn't.

we can't get their beef around here, but if you can, please try some of it and post about it.

    Thank You Sterling!

Thank you to all the good people at Sterling for their sopnseship of The Q Joint!
I have not been able to find their meat around my neck of the woods yet, but I'm sure they are about somewhere.

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
