Got a FEC100 today. My first pellet pooper ever. I have to say that so far I am impressed, this thing is going to hold a lot of meat!

Thanks to Tim, a.k.a. Smokie Okie, for getting me such a good deal and the great service. If you guys want a Cookshack or a Backwoods, give Tim a call.

Right out of the box.


Lots of great rubs and sauces came with it, don't think I will ever use that much!


Yard is to wet to move her to the back patio, so she is getting seasoned on the front patio, at least till wifey catches me!

I have had the pleasure of using the 100 many times and cooked on the 500 a weekend in Co.

Very good smokers, easy on fuel, do need to start the cooker out at lower temps to get smoke on the product.

Nice Rig I love the FEC. If you take it to comps just ignore the people telling you its a cheater. They are just jealous cause you get to sleep that night after the meat is on
