Nice work to all of you.

I saw their names in the new members listing. I'm not a new member so I wasn't there. Were they in the new judges listing? I assumed that we weren't there because the edition was already set to print.

If you don't see us next month, you ought to call and check into it.

I prolly won't judge more than one. I'll be busy cooking at the rest.

Yeah, but I can't tell you what it is. I will tell you though that it involves pork fat and BBQ sauce.

    Thanx all for the congrats!

Congrats and welcome to the other side of BBQ.

I compete, judge and marshal (contest rep) events in SC. I hope you enjoy the judging part as much as I have. It also has made a positive impact on the cooking/competing side as well.

    Have fun!

    Welcome to the "brotherhood"

Got me looking, my CBJ # is 2400, they're really getting more of them other there.

Make sure you get to a comp and judge, it's fun to do once you've competed.

    Then let's talk

All cooks should be judges, and vice versa. Ya gotta see both sides.
I like my Q with saltine crackers and bottled water.
