    Default Springfield Massachusetts??

Anyone on here know much about the area? I got a good lead on a job there that seems very promising....I fly up for the face to face in a couple days. I know nothing about that part of the country other than what they teach in history class. Other than the cold, it seems like it could be alright around there from what I have found on the net.

Any comments good, bad, or otherwise?

The furthest north I have ever lived was Nashville, TN

Does this mean you will have to start talking with a 'Kennedy' accent???

Seriously though - good luck with the job!

Springfield is a pretty cool place actually.

There is a Quick E Mart right off Main Street that sells a pretty good squishy drink.

Krusty Burger is the main fast food joint, and the Frying Dutchmen is a great place for dinner.

When looking to unwind, Moe's Tavern is centrally located as well.

Good luck on your interview Joe, and tell Mr. Burns that I sent you.

    Excellent.

Let's all wish Joe some good luck!

Got a message from him yesterday that he was in MA for the interview.

    Good luck Joe!

Yeah...Good Luck, Joe. I hope it all works out for you. If you move there, you can teach all those Yankees how to Q.

Actually I am from Arizona originally.

    FYI

The interview went real well. Might possibly have one more round of interviews, otherwise I will be getting the offer.

    Back to the waiting game.
