Chargrilled,
Looks great!! Did you taste any when you bottled? I always have to taste a little even though it is flat and still a bit green yet. My batches are bubbling away in the basement, Kind of cool just to watch things churning through the carboy! And sniff the hoppy aroma bubbling out I know a bit weird!

Not weird whatsoever, did have a lil sip, just to see if the flavor was even close and it was. We made Continental Light, its like a Heineken, or Becks. Suppose to be straw color which I think I will get after settleing.
What type are you brewing Mark? If your in the basement can you keep it cool around 50 or so to make Lager or are you going after an ale?

Chargrilled,
No real recipe on either of my batches. I am kind of a mad scientist on the beers I make! Ones I have made before, I always write everything down in case it turns out real good. Then I have a recipe
One batch is about the coler of a Killians with 5 diferent malts, the other is mor like the style you are making a gold colered lighter beer. I used cascades hops for both I used liquid ale yeasts on both, one a german and one american. right now the basement is running right at 60 degrees f. So it is down at the cooler end of a ale yeast which should make it good. I tried a lager once and it ended up not working out for me. I need to try it again since a mad a insulated box that is hooked up to the refrigatore and I can get it down to the mid forties for temp.

Hey, are you snorting that beer?
Looks mighty tasty! I'll bet it went down real good.
