    Default another Canadian in the house

    Hey gang , been lurking on and off for awhile now and finally decided to join in .I see alot of familiar familiar faces here and look forward to being an active member of the site .

    I have been smoking meat for about 2 1/2 years but have been in the meat business for 25 yrs , cutting, processing and managing a meat dept for a local chain grocer here.

    I have a variety of smokers including a brinkman s n p ( modded ) , an electric mes , no-name bullet water smoker , and a homebuilt verticle made from a 200lb propane tank , a.k.a the q-bottle and gathering supplies to build 2 uds.

    I love to make sausages , bacons , and smoke darn near anything and look forward to sharing with everyone in the forums !
