    Default Breakfast Fatty

Decided it was time to do another fatty. I had some onions and peppers already cut up so decided to do a breakfast one. Scrambled eggs seasoned with my own smoked salt and smoked black pepper. Sauteed onions and peppers, grated extra sharp cheddar cheese.

    Rolled in the bacon weave

    In the smoker

    Out of the smoker, resting

It was delicious. I will definitely be doing this one again.

Better watch out Dawn, the mods noticed you use of a banned word.

Dawn, will you come weave and cook for me?

Looks great, Dawn! I tried a scrambled egg fatty with onion in it and found it a little too oniony for my liking. I did like the cheese egg fatty though. Nothing like a breakfast in a tidy, tasty little package.

Ok, I won't use that word again.

I would come weave and cook for you but the commute would kill me.
