    250 or so ,low and slow .In the ceramic ,a 10 lb butt cooks in 4 hrs ,till bone falls out .My butts dont take long at all the way i do them .but yet they are awsome fall apart ,with excellent flavor .
    LOve to grill and eat .

    275 till internal temp to 205, I wrap in foil at 160. can't even pick it up when it's done it falls apart, my great dane loves the clean bones also

    usually about 6-7 hours on average and I usually cook my butts in pairs lol
