    Default Chickenfried Steakhouse Canadian Bacon

I know some of you have already seen this.....

I use my homemade steakhouse/pepper canadian bacon...

Sliced thick....then dredged in flour, dipped into an egg/milk wash and then back into the flour.
The bacon is seasoned enough, pepper and salt are not needed.

    Fried til crispy...

I Fry up a couple of eggs...

Top a toasted english muffing with the crispy chicken fried bacon...

Add the eggs and smother with creamy gravy....

Probably not the healthiest breakfast...but it's tasty.

Oh girl that is one of my favorite breakfast. It's good thing I don't live very close. You would have to get you shot gun out or have thieving going on all the time.

Jeanie, looks absolutely great. I definately wouldn't have a problem sliding up to a plate of that. Or just put a top on each and hand them out the door as I go by, like drive thru. I'm sure Mc D's wouldn't hold a candle to one of those.
