    Default Two Butts and Comp Kingsfords

    Put the butts on this morning about 5 o'clock(guess I lied was going on at 3 am but stayed up to late last night) One was rub with Wild Willie's and the other with bad Bryan's Butt Rub.


    Rubbed and into frig. for the night

    I like the Bad Byrons. Good stuff! I'm not familiar with the Wild Willies though. Let us know how it all turned out.


    You picked a beautiful day to be out on the smoker. It's supposed to be close to 70 here today.

    No I'm not that lucky. Had a pot of coffee. Went to store and bought a another butt and prepared it for buckboard bacon. I had a wild pig ham come out of cure yesterday and it was a lot better than I though it was going to be, so I cooked it last night. Had some for breakfast this morning. Still don't like the taste of wild hog, and I want some buckboard bacon. Now its in the frig waiting for the tenth day.

    Ok, here we go. Happy with the out come. The kingsford comps preformed very good, with one slight glitch, when I shook the drum it spilled the fluids out of the defuser plate on to the bricketts, my bad. Here are pictures.
