Default Cant wait to get started!

    Hey yall,

ive been checkin this site out for a little while now, and man you guys are for real! i never knew this smokin and Q'in thing was so big! i love to Q, i smoke a little but i dont have the equipment right now to get serious with either. all i have now is an OLD AND RAGGEDY grill, a small tailgating gas grill and a brinkman electric smoker that i had living in an apartment. dont get me wrong ive made some great meals on all of them, but my daddy used to tell me "boy, get the right tool for the right job!". so i got my eye on the CG Duo. which is actually th way that i found this site. i was doing some seaching on what people think of it and ive not heard anything bad from anyone who owns one. so im saving my money (cuz times are tight!) to get one before the summer. ive gotten alot of good ideas from yall already, so i just caint wait to get this grill and get to work

    thanks for the welcome!

We're sure glad you're here. You can't go wrong with the CG Duo. Several members here have them and they like them. I look forward to your input.

    to The Joint UC!

Something you might consider fro Chargriller that would save some bucks and give youmore cooking space is the Smokin Outlaw. There's no gas grill, but not being a big gasser fan, It wouldn't bother me.

Check out the size of that big boy versus the duo.

    Welcome to The Joint!
I like my Duo. Best of 3 worlds in one.
About $300 with SFB if you shop around. Academy has it at that price. Lowe's is higher.

thanks smokyokie, i have looked at those but i like to put stuff on the grill @ the spur of the moment after work sometimes and with duo i wont have to buy another gas grill. plus i also like the powdercoated extierior, itll keep the rust away. not to mention the coolness factor when i show off my skillz!
