    Default Grilled up some Thighs

    To cold here still to babysit my offset,anyways I fired up the WSM tonight and seasoned up some boneless,skinless chicken thighs with evoo and Montreal chicken spice.I seared them on each side and then cooked them indirect until done.I brushed on some Sa-Mokin BBQ Sauce and served them with garden salad and corn niblets.I try and eat half healthy,thats why all the greens in my pics.

    Looks great! I like to eat healthy too. Would those be good with bacon grease drizzled on them?

    Isn't everything better with bacon fat on it/in it? I vote for bacon flavored Diet Coke.

    C.B., you sure did a good job on those thighs. They sure looked good in the pics. Bet they were just as good for supper.
