Default What are you cooking tonight?

I think I'll do a Cajun style boned stuffed Yardbird. Anybody got any good ideas on sides?

I'll prolly make some cream gravy with it ( JUst cuz it's always so good).

What are you cooking, and what should I do for sides?

I did 11 lbs last night:

    and this:

Some red beans and rice would make a real nice side especially if you have any left over pulled pork mixed in from the freezer. One of my favorites.

We're doing fillets with baked potatoes and sauted mushrooms.

Some dirty rice or Orzo would go good with the chicken.

Just polished off a bowl of Venison Vindallo with some rice pilaf. Love that curry kick, and it goes well with veni.
