Thanks Dave. Our guests tagged it a Pizza Occasion. There wasn't much talking until it was gone. Totally hand made from the dough up. Sausage was hot Italian precooked most of the way and pepperoni, the only meat and plenty of veggies. E. T.

Hi Jake, It took 25mins. to bake and maybe fifteen for them to inhale it. It was worth every chop-chop that it took to create it. Veggies were chopped small and Italian sausage was precooked about 3/4ths done.
Another little addition I like to add is to chop garlic real fine and mix it in a bowl with a little olive oil (reg.) and some coarse sea salt. I use a paint brush and coat just the outside rim of the crust. Coat the inside bottom of pie with a light coating of olive oil before you build the pie. Makes a big difference in the crust. E.T.

    hey ET..
what do you use to make the dough?? any special reason on why to coat the out side of the crust, other than i assume it will darken up more and also give it a extra little pop to it?? thanks
