    That looks so good. Want some now,,,,,,,but the medical organization says my cholesterol is way to high and now I feel guilty when I eat that kind of thing. I think I'll quit going to the doctor. Before I went to him I ate anything I wanted!!!!

    There was absolutely nothing in that pic that would increase your cholesterol, so go ahead and have some. Lick the screen all you want, and totally guilt free!

    Looks outstanding! I've eaten fish and chips in London and they were great. I'd bet your's are just as good ...... especially when made with crappie.

    what is crappie ??? and if its just fish why ya call it that? does it got crab meat in it with the fish. man im glad we keep it simple up here in canada, you guys got beef you call chicken and now im wondering about your fish

    but honest what is it?

    but one thing for sure is it does look good, know matter what it is

    I like English style fish, but southern style is dry dredged as opposed to wet batter. You get to taste the fish more that way.
