Default Pulled pork when it is 3 digrees outside

Couldn't take it anymore, too long without pulled pork. Fired up the offset and am doing 3 butts. One is for a friend, first time making one for him. Temp holding fine but it is a pain going out there to spritz and tend the fire. Pictures to follow, Commercial rub and am spritzing with apple pie, the drink First time trying that, I was afraid if I only used apple juice my bottle would freeze.

Wow, Animal. Good luck! Sounds like brutal temps but a lot of fun. Do you reckon your camera will work in those temps?

Good lookin stuff Gary. Those look like snow tires compared to what you usually see on a rig that size.

Love the thermometater. Do you ever baste and eat them while the meat cooks?

    Where are you located?

Maybe when you get time you can fill out your location on your profile page and then everyone will know where you are.

Wherever you are, I'm glad to be in Oklahoma instead. Today's 40 is cold for us. It was in the upper 60s the last couple days.

Harbor Freight tires, $5 each made it a lot easier to move, located in the center of Wisconsin all the way up to 11 degrees now
Supposed to be below zero all next week so I am glad I dot it done today. smoker still chugging along at 235 will pull soon and finish in the oven, hate to but enough is enough.
