Default Pippa's famous fettucini with shprawnimps

Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!!! Well since we got trapped by the snow on Christmas Day my dad & stepmom came over to visit today (they live in Marysville WA) They are vegetarians so for us (being such huge meat eaters) lunch is sometimes a challenge.....today I decided to go with my famous Fettucini with shprawnimps (that's for you smokie).........

    here's the ingredients garlic

    onions

here's the garlic, onions, mushrooms and shprawnimps cooking in some EVOO and butter

all mixed in with the pasta (most of the good stuff is in the bottom)

plated and ready to eat ....so Y****Y oops I mean fabulous

I'm glad you all had a nice christmas and I wish you a new year that's filled with love and laughter (and some good eats too )

Love and good smokin' to you all

Gots to have the cream and cheese! Did you know that Alfredo sauce was developed by a fellow who's wife was having difficulty lactating sufficiently to feed their newborn in a effort to boost lactation?

Legend has it that it was effective.
