    Default Cowboys...Dallas that is

I got the crow marinating in the fridge overnight so it won't dry out on the smoker tomorrow.
I thought I would post the pics of the family (dad, mom, wife, two sons and myself) @ the Dallas Cowboys game against San Francisco.
Not ver many Pics but we had a blast. Sons (step) had never been to a pro football game before and this being the last year the "Boys" are in Irving I thought it would be cool to take them.

Last year to see this sign on this stadium

My sweet wife who indured my football weekend

Our seats were not to bad, 17th fow, 40 yard line

Right to left....wife, mom, dad, oldest (hiding) youngest

We had a great time, family, good food, expensive beer and Dallas 35- SF 22

At what temp and what kind of wood do you plan on using to cook the crow.

    How to Cook a Crow

This was printed in Bird Club newsletters. Apparently, it is a true story.
The inscription on the metal bands used by the US Department of the Interior to tag migratory birds has been changed. The bands used to bear the address of the Washington Biological Survey, abbreviated: "Wash. Biol. Surv." until the agency received the following letter from an Arkansas camper:

Dear Sirs: While camping last week I shot one of your birds. I think it was a crow. I followed the cooking instructions on the leg tag and I want to tell you it was horrible.

The bands are now marked Fish and Wildlife Service.
