We were in the mood for nachos Friday night. The usual program is 400 for 15 minutes or the veggies cook and the chips sog out. I'd never asked the Backwoods to hold 400 before, so I figured "Why not?"

They contain about 2 /3#of cojack cheese, 1# chorizo, 1# ground beef ( highly seasoned) one large bag of Tostitos white corn chips, some black olives, a few Jap slices, sliced onion, and I think that's about it.

We serve with Guac, sour creme, pico de Gallo and salsa on the side
