Very nice! Is that a vent in the 3rd photo? That's quite a charcoal basket. How many pounds does that hold?

yeah thats one of my intakes adjustments, just turn to reveal the hole.my holes are 7/8
    so i run 1 1/2 holes intake,all 4 on top.
the basket size is,8" deep and 10" dia,i use lump in it right now, royal oak,i just fill my chimney full and pour it in.
    with the openings that i use,i get a 5 hour steady 230.
ive only done BB ribs, and loin so far,and dont have a need for cook times any longer right now.

I like the spring loaded intakes....nice touch....
The knockout plugs for the exhaust aer nice too. Do you use the smaller holes when you burn or do you rely on the 2" bung?

I only use the smaller 7/8 holes that's on the top and I run all 4, with
1 1/2 on the intake side. Works like a charm!
