    Default pork shoulder

    today i did my first pork shoulder i slathered it with yellow mustard and rubbed it with downyonder bbq pork rub i smoked it using cherry when the temp reached 160 i wrapped it in foil and when it reached a temp of 210 i took it out of the smoker and let it rest for 2 hours then i pulled it it just fell apart the bones just slipped out we had some sausages and beans to go along with it it was a great day

    That first shoulder is always fun. It's amazing to find out how easy it is to make pulled pork. And how many friends you'll suddenly have to help eat it. Great job!
