I just stumbled onto it because they sell it in front of the fish counter at Luckys grocery store. It is a little salty but I just use less and it goes farther.
I have been going down to Avila beach the last couple of years for a couple days vacation.next year I am going to stop in Santa Maria.
I am hoping that they will have a store with all the local products.
When I lived in Gilroy they had a shop like that.It was great.

Paul, Pappy's has half salt and no salt choices for a lot of pappy's seasoniongs. Wifes family lives in Santa Maria area and I use Pappy's choice. Since I use coarse salt quite often, I use pappy's no salt seasonings. E.T.

I finally found some new rubs today over in Coweta. I stumbled across the "Blues Hog" dry rub. I think I'll fire up Latifah tomorrow see how good this stuff is. The taste test tells me it's going to be great. I bought another one, too. I can't remember the name of it.

I also picked up some Blues Hog rib sauce, too. It's gonna be good.

I think it was the Tennessee Red. It's got quite a vinegar taste to it.
