    Default It's that time again.

For a Smokey Okie brisket. My circle of old friends has 5 birthdays in six weeks. It's pot luck dinner, and the first celebration was two weeks ago. I took pulled pork as my contribution. This Saturday, I've been asked to bring a brisket this time. Brisket it is, and Dutch's baked beans.

Found an 18 lber. Only cost $58. but I guess that's better than $6 a lb!

Didn't think about pics when unwrapping it, but here it is trimmed, rubbed, and wrapped for a nights rest in the frig. Well, sorry. The q joint says my upload failed. I'll try again later.
