    Default Beef Chuck Roast on the Weber

    4 lb Chuck Roast seasoned with Ploy Boys Bovine Bold and a little garlic powder. Topped it with some sliced onions and red bell peppers. I sprinkled a little kosher salt over the top. I'll spritz with Beef bouillon every hour or so. The plan is to wrap at 170 then take it on up to 200ish.


    I'm smoking it on the Weber Performer with Royal Oak Briquettes and some hickory chips/chunks. I'm using the snake method to keep the temp where I want it.
