    Default Slicer

A while back I picked up this old, well used Hobart Berkel slicer for $300. Old guy had it, it was all he had left from the restaurant he used to have. He kept it to slice lunch meat
It works great! Has the built in sharpener for the blade. Slices nice. Weighs about as much as my GMC 2500HD. Parts are still available. It had a rubber foot missing, I called them, gave the model number and they shipped it.
I just used it to slice 10 lb. of Scrap Iron Bacon.
    Sweet!
