Today's lunch after smoking the ribeye roast late last night. I got to looking around and came across tortillas and had a thought. I got out the Victorinox slicer and shaved some off onto my fine china. I dashed some fajita seasoning on along with some dried cilantro and heated it up. A few twists of black pepper and a light dadh of Salt Lick rub and viola ... a mess of meat with a quick delivery vehicle. Ohhh of course before sealing the deal a nice dollop of horseradish .... mmmmmm mmm

Thanks for looking. Any ideas for other ways to delight in this other than traditionally sliced are welcome. It's a discussion thing.
