Default Ribs to end the weekend

Been awhile since I've posted anything and nearly too dark for pictures, but here it is. Picked up a couple of slabs of St Loos.
Been jonsin for some ribs, but what to do for a side? Ran across a recipe for Smoked Green Chili Mac & Cheese. It is gonna get made again soon! Hatch Green Chilis are awesome. Ribs rubbed with R Butts R Smokin Ozark Heat.
    Smoked with pecan at 250.
