    Default Happy Birthday Mrs. Shoots!

    Mrs. Shoots had her somethingeth birthday yesterday...so it had to be lamb! So some lamb shoulder chops had to hit the grill!



    Of course, the slab to the left ain't lamb...it's mine!

    It was outstanding! It was one of the few that I had left from the most recent Prime rib eye sale at HEB. $7.97/lb for USDA Prime grade. Seasoned with my fave for beef, Seven Spice Steak rub. I vac-packed a bunch and froze 'em. I almost feel guilty that I had the better meal and it wasn't my birthday! But she loves them lamb shoulders! Yes, dear...
