Default Turkey Tacos and Bean Tostadas

Fried up some corn tortillas on the disco to make some hard taco shells and tostadas.

Then browned 2lbs ground turkey and added taco seasoning. On the stove I made some refried beans by simply adding a can of beans with most of the liquid removed in a pan and smashing them with a potato masher and added some taco seasoning to it too.

For the tacos and tostadas I added sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce tomato and Tapatio hot sauce

Yeah it's turkey. So send it to Jim the health nut so he can top it with cream gravy.

All kidding aside, it looks mighty fine as usual John!
