    Default Nashville Hot Chicken

    Instead of frying the chicken I dredged them in some Dixie Fry Coating mix and then cooked them indirect on my grill. I used Hauttie B's recipe for the sauce. Never had hot chicken before except for the stuff KFC sold, really liked this. Also instead of white bread I used Honey Oat bread.

    That looks good. I like the idea of it being done on the grill. That has to be better for you than fried.
