    Default Grilled Chicken Breasts

    My hands were giving me a fit today, so I only took a couple pics.
    I brined the breasts in MH Nekkid Brine seasoned with CBP, granulated onion, & granulated garlic for about 4 hours
    I also made a small cheesy rice and broccoli casserole using mild cheddar cheese

    Then I grilled the breasts at 450° in the Keg using RO lump and pear wood

    Breasts hot off the Keg


    Breast served with cheesy rice and a couple slices of Italian loaf slathered with garlic butter and then toasted under the broiler


    Tastier view of my quick and easy dinner.
