    Default Scallops Alfredo

The sauce I use for this dish is not a true Alfredo sauce, it's a combination of a modified Alfredo sauce and a modified scampi sauce.

Water boiling and ready for the angle hair pasta

Modded Alfredo sauce. Cream, garlic, finely chopped sweet basil, & Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. This will be very thick

Scallops sauteing in melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, & CBP

When the sauce and the scallops are ready. I combine them & dust the top with some chopped parsley

Scallop sauce poured over angel hair pasta topped with shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, a little more chopped parsley & served with garlic bread

    A tastier view

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim

Lookin' righteous dude! Love Alfredo sauce. I could eat it by itself with a spoon! Pasta and meat or seafood only makes it better!
