    Default Biscuits & Sausage Gravy for Dinner

    I decided to fix breakfast for dinner.

    This is the part I always forget how much work it is to do. That is mixing and making the biscuits. My hands were too much of a mess to take any pics of this part.

    Browning some Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage


    After the sausage was browned, I added a little butter to the grease, an equal amount of flour, and made a roux


    Then I slowly added milk while stirring til I had a smooth thickened gravy.
    Then I added back in the sausage and seasoned with salt & FCBP


    Biscuits hot out of the oven, split open, and a pat of butter placed on each half


    Now I covered the buttered biscuits with sausage gravy


    Couple eggs frying in a little bacon grease and butter


    Ready to eat
    Eggs on top of sausage gravy covered biscuits seasoned with salt & FCBP
