    Default Chili Verde Pork

    Yet another disco cook, I love cooking on this thing!!!

    Made some sauces earlier in the day, salsa verde and red hot sauce.


    Broke out the disco and fried some more potatoes


    Cut up, cubed and cooked 2 lbs sirloin end chops.


    Then added some of the salsa verde to the pork, mixed it, added the potatoes back in and called it dinner.


    Also grilled up some split chicken breasts for a family get together tomorrow.

    Me likes the verde, especially with pork or chix! And fried taters are one of the four major food groups! Well done my friend!!
